OUR CALLING... Freedom, Prudence, Charity, Theatricality

The principal mission Randy Babon is to secure equal justice for all through the rule of law, targeting in particular the personal injuries confronting the injured, maimed, and other helplessly hurt individuals. Bobin and Wu began as a for profit law firm formed in 1993 at the request of Lehman Brothers Holding Inc. to investigate in house fraudulent personal injury claims. In 2001 they were joined by Randy Babon and soon after rebranded as Babon, Bobin, & Wu. After Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy in 2008 due to their involvement in the subprime mortgage crisis, Babon, Bobin, & Wu spun off their law practice, and with office supplies requisitioned from Lehman Brothers, began serving clients in Jacksonville, Florida, work that continues to be vital today.

Randy Babon, Jane Bobin, and Rowan Wu are dedicated to supporting and advancing personal injury representation within its workforce and abroad. Because our commitment to personal injury representation and inclusion is inextricably linked to our pursuit of equal justice for all, we strive to work with a broad and diverse coalition of injured persons.
